Lake Fontana:
Lake Fontana is about 45min away from home. We went with some friends and had an awesome time! It was Daisy and mine's first time there. It was very relaxing and the water was so warm! Def going back before summer is over. :)

| This island float was so much fun! We pushed it to the middle of the lake and just swam around it until we got tired, then we would just climb in it and rest. :) |

| After the lake, we headed to Nantahala (about 10 min away) to the outdoor center for dinner. It is really pretty there. There is a lot of outdoorsy stuff to do on the river there. |

I know, crazy right? If you had asked me a year ago if I would have even imagined carrying around pets in my bra, I would have rolled my eyes at you. But I am, and they love it! :)
Fourth of July:
We spent the Fourth with some friends at the fairgrounds. They have booths and games until it gets dark, and then they have an awesome firework show.
Swimming at Cliffside:
There are lot's of things to do outdoors around here. Cliffside is about 15 minutes from my house and it is a small lake that you can fish and swim in. There are also trails and camping there. They also do an art project on the weekends there for the kids. :) The girls had lot's of fun. Only thing I don't like about nature, is nature. lol There were snakes! (lots of snakes around these parts. I hate them) Thankfully it was only a water snake that we saw, and some nice guy took care of it for us.

I will say that my new blog has lot's of cool new features that my old blog did not have, which is kind of weird, since they are both blogger. So maybe not so bad? But still mad that I have lost everything that I have blogged so far. :(
